Shipping Policy

We work hard to get your order packed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume drops or launches, processing times may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (U.S.)
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (U.S.)

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volume.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be confident in every Lot Lizards purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ve got you.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible Items

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • New, In original condition
  • With original packaging (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned after 30 days

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at: info@lotlizardsla.com.

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Lot Lizards is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Check with neighbors or your local carrier first
  • Contact us and we will do our best to assist
